An Untraditional Approach to Therapy
Our Approach
Downtown Plymouth | In-Person & Virtual | Evening Appts Available
Our approach is grounded, real, and human, not polished or scripted. We believe in real connection, not perfection. Our therapists are honest, compassionate, and a little unconventional, because growth is never one-size-fits-all.
Our Services
Psychotherapy
We offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating mood disorders, life transitions, and the complexities of neurodivergence. Our goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can better understand yourself, manage challenges, and cultivate meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, clarity during a transition, or a deeper sense of balance, we’re here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater confidence and wellbeing.
ADHD and Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive functioning skills—like planning, organization, and impulse control—are the brain’s management system. For those with ADHD, these skills can be harder to develop, making everyday tasks feel frustrating or overwhelming. Our executive functioning coaching helps children, teens, and adults build practical strategies for focus, organization, and follow-through. Through individualized support, we teach tools and routines that promote confidence, independence, and success at school, work, and home.

Perinatal Mental Health Support
The transition to parenthood can be joyful, exhausting, and everything in between. We provide compassionate support for new moms, dads, and parents as you adjust to the emotional and mental challenges of this life-changing stage. Whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, or relationship shifts, our focus is on helping you feel understood, supported, and equipped to thrive in your new role. Parenthood doesn’t come with a manual—but with the right support, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Infant Mental Health
Your relationship with your baby forms the foundation for their lifelong emotional and social well-being. Infant mental health focuses on nurturing this early bond, which shapes attachment, confidence, and resilience. We help parents understand and strengthen their child’s emotional world, respond to cues with sensitivity, and address concerns early. Together, we work to support your child’s development and set the stage for secure, healthy relationships that last well beyond infancy.
Special Education Consultation
If your child has recently received a diagnosis, it can be overwhelming to navigate school systems and next steps. We provide personalized guidance through the special education process, helping you understand your child’s rights and the supports available. Together, we’ll clarify options, communicate with schools, and ensure your child receives the services they need to learn and thrive. You don’t have to advocate alone—support and expertise are here to help you every step of the way.
Parent Consultation
Parenting doesn’t come with easy answers—and every child is different. Through parent consultation, we’ll explore your unique family dynamics and identify strategies that work for your child’s needs and your parenting style. Whether you’re navigating behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, or family transitions, our goal is to help you parent with greater confidence, clarity, and calm. Support is available—you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Men’s Mental Health
Men and boys often carry pressure to stay strong and hold everything together. We provide a space where those burdens can be set down and explored safely. Through conversation, reflection, and evidence-based therapy, we support identity development, relationships, mental health, and the challenges of growing up and fatherhood. Our work helps boys and men build emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience rooted in authenticity rather than armor.
Our Staff
Danielle Rohlfs
I’m a therapist, former special education teacher, and mom of three who understands that life can be both beautiful and messy at the same time. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection when we can show up as our full, imperfect selves and feel truly seen and understood.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Master’s in Infant Mental Health, with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. My background includes training in child and adolescent psychiatry and clinical work at the University of Michigan’s Women and Infants Clinic, as well as years in special education supporting neurodivergent kids, shaping my compassionate, flexible approach to care.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and distress-tolerance skills, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, uncover strengths, and build confidence in who they are.
Andrew Rigby
My ideal client feels overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues, yet is ready for change. They seek clarity, healing, and connection—often for the first time. Their goals include building self-awareness, setting boundaries, and finding emotional balance. They want to feel empowered, authentic, and more at peace within themselves.
I view each client as unique, shaped by their own strengths and experiences. I tailor therapy to meet them where they are, collaborating on goals that feel empowering. Whether facing anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship issues, I help clients build insight, resilience, and emotional clarity with compassion.
I understand how hard it can be to take that first step toward healing. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you. When you're ready, I invite you to reach out.
